
Get to Know Kip!
Kip, a proud Walla Walla native and Wa-Hi Class of 1973 graduate, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University and an MBA from Seattle University.
Kip's childhood passion for aviation continued into adulthood. He's an instrument rated pilot and a founding member of the Port's Air Travel Coalition.
Kip retired in 2019 after a distinguished 36-year career as a sales executive with Coffey Communications. During his tenure, he represented the company before the nation's leading hospitals and health insurance providers.
In addition to serving on the Port Commission, Kip actively contributes to his community through roles on the Blue Mountain Action Council board, Walla Walla Country Club board, the Washington Public Ports Association finance committee, and the Community Council's Internet for All Implementation Task Force.
